ββ˜†β˜†β˜†β˜† I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves one. Yesterday, I decided to come back to Sushi Palace after not visiting for quite some time. Like any other customer, I walked in and waited to be seated. To my surprise, the manager came up to me and literally told me that she was not willing to serve me because the tip I had left on my previous visit was β€œtoo low.” I want to make it clear that I am not against tipping. In fact, I always tip. The last time I visited with a friend, we made sure to leave $10 in cash, which we felt was appropriate for the service we received. We were there for less than an hour during the all-you-can-eat service, and honestly, the service was far from exceptional. What I find completely unacceptable is being denied service because someone believes my tip wasn’t enough. Tipping is voluntary, not mandatory, and no customer should ever be refused service over it. I have never experienced anything like this at any restaurant. It was, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever received. The manager’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and completely inappropriate. I will never return, and I ab

Came here for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated right away. We took the all you can eat deal. The selection of appetizers, mains and deserts is fairly extensive. Sushi pieces are perhaps a bit on the smaller side, but with all you can eat it doesn't really matter as you can just order more. This was a solid dinner choice and I will absolutely come here again or another Sushi Palace

The buffet is $32.95 on weekdays and $34.95 on weekends or holidays. For the value, it’s totally worth it and food is delicious. They offer all kinds of speciality rolls to sashimi and ngiris. The plating is also very nice and so is the service. Update: Came back to Sushi Palace with some friends recently and it's still great. The buffet is $32.95 on weekdays and $34.95 on weekends or holidays, and for the value it's totally worth it since the food is delicious. Service is quick and the menu has a ton of variety, from specialty rolls to sashimi (the salmon is my favorite) to nigiri, plus desserts and other food options beyond just sushi. The plating is nice and the service is great overall.

Free parking in large lot, never an issue. No wait times whenever we have visited. Food is fresh and generous portions. Price has increased to $31 on weekdays and $33 on weekends but they have also added a lot of new dishes.

First of all, I really like the employees attitudes there. Both of the waiter and waitress were kind and very quick. Especially the waitress was always smiling and nice. It has been a while that I saw that type of smiling service. When it comes to food, the quality is pretty good compared to some of the other sushi places. The sushis have good ratio of rice and fish. The fried items does not taste like it's soaked in the oil. I think it will be our to go all you can eat sushi restaurant from now on. The ice creams are also pretty delicious.
